"Home For The Holidays", the second event of the Five Festive Friday Eves celebration at Cedar Creek Settlement, sponsored by Settlement merchants begins Friday, November 25 from 5-9 p.m. This free event, the day after Thanksgiving, will give families a chance to experience the Currier & Ives charm of Cedarburg, decked out in holiday finery and will kick-off the Christmas shopping season at The Shops of Cedar Creek Settlement, located at the corner of Washington Avenue and Bridge Road in Historic Cedarburg.

Former Riverdance performer, Irish singer and musician Derek Byrne will entertain with Irish tunes and holiday favorites on the main floor landing from 5:30-8:30 p.m.

Beginning at 5:00 p.m., there will be several free Make & Take Ornament Projects for kids and adults plus Temporary Tattoos. (Free). *An adult must accompany children under 10 for projects.
Join gourmet food expert Patty Ehlers Peterson from Larry’s Market at 6:00 and 7:30 p.m. as she demonstrates Easy Entertaining Tips for the Holidays in the Winery Tasting Room, then stick around for a sample. The Ozaukee County Dairy Promotion Association will be in the Winery as well, sampling Wisconsin artisan cheeses by Sartori. Peddlers Corner will offer various goodies in their shop for sampling.

Complimentary Wine Tasting at Cedar Creek Winery and complimentary Cider and Cookies will be offered to guests. Come visit us to get in the Christmas spirit at Cedar Creek Settlement, aglow with holiday greenery, thousands of tiny white lights and luminarias.
